Instagramaddict PART 3

yep, it's that time again! sweet, sweet iPhone how i love you SO!
i've actually been gaining the strength to use my REAL camera and it's been a total DREAM. i will post pics of my most exciting adventure so far in this pregnancy soon. the event i shot has nothing to do with my pregnancy but it was FUN:)
so, without further delay, here goes the instagram descriptions....
1. just my favorite kitchen nightlight and some cute measuring cups. pops of color!

2. me, my Beats & my xenotee hoodie comfortably driving to a far away dr. appointment and listening to Cat Power. i missed her!

3. RAIN. i love hurricane season in florida
4. i've been getting to spend more time in my office. it's the BESTEST:)

5. a custom order suitcase i got to make with a smattering of stars on one side. it turned out really well. i was proud and the recipient seemed very pleased as well

6. i can no longer see my toes! the babies have officially taken over

7. there was a true fear before we were gifted this gum, now, all fears are washed away and i chew it nonstop;) j/k but it's AWESOME!

8. some red locker lovin' with some of my favorite etsy peeps!

9. AHHHH! my dear, sweet friend over at Fringe sent me these AH-MAZING Radiohead stickers, for no other reason than she loves me. i felt pretty darned special to say the least <3. go check out her shop too. i linked it!

10. amazing husband makes me and the twins scrambled eggs in the morning and brings them to my bedside so we can start our day with lotsa protein

11. my DADDIO came to stay with me for a weekend when the Mr. had to leave town for a wedding. he made the MOST INCREDIBLE chicken broth. this is just a preview of his beautiful work in progress

12. brother Geoff came too, cause he loves me and he rocked his Made In Detroit cap. LOVES IT we do!

13. this is me, driving myself to CVS, and oh SOO happy because i just found out i was keeping myself hydrated enough to NOT need any more IV's!!! they cancelled ALL of my july appointments. a HUGE corner turned :D (p.s.- don.t worry dad, this pic was taken at a stop sign and no one was around. keeping it safe)

14. the key to my hydration. cut in half wth water and drink drink drink- a gallon a day baby!

15. my favorite way to take my toast. a little butter and some raspberry preserves. like dessert for me cause i'm not a girl big on sweets

16. finally, the babies want Chili's chips & salsa ALL THE TIME! i try to find someone to go with me at least every other day. i got my dear friend Abby and her adorable son Kai to come on this day. we had a GREAT time and the babies were in 7th heaven- so was their mama:)

Instagramaddict PART 2

ugh! i miss my camera BUT i do ADORE my iphone and all of it's AMAZING apps and then i can Instagram them all and somehow this fills a tiny bit of the void of not being able to take photos. hoping the 2nd trimester (which starts june 24th) will give me some energy:)

in the meantime, here is what i've been doing......

1. finding striped couches at thrift stores that i have no place in my home for but figure the next best thing to do is snap a photo of it

2. making these pom pom things to make this pretty rad necklace

3. figured out that Pomegranate IZZE is the way to go for my tummy cause it's super sour and bubbly delicious

4. was gifted 1 awesome vintage robot found in London via Caroline

5. decided i'm a collector of vintage luggage tags, not a hoarder;)

6. got some pretty red vintage buttons from my MIL. love her!

7. took a pic of my IZZE bottles cause i thought they looked pretty in my kitchen

8. fell in LOVE with the 1st of 2 quilts that i designed and my mother in law actually made. can't wait to put them to use

9. was beyond groggy & boycotted leaving the bed

10. bought pretty striped baskets and more felt for getting crafty. i've got plans.....

11. went to Salvation Army where i walked around for maybe 5 minutes, found a bag, then had to have robert pay for it because i was about to pass out from standing so long and needed to go sit in the air conditioned car

12. made a plan to use my favorite corduroy fabric that i bought over 8 years ago!

13. loved on my vintage russian clock

14. realized that my hair is turning the jet of all jet-blacks and getting even thicker than before. it's now a wild jungle mane

15. shared this movie with a friend and of course, she loved it, you can read more about this in the previous post:)

16. and last, i've been making myself feel fancy by drinking my super duper extra sour homemade lemonade out of my vintage high-ball glasses that i bought from jenny over at frecklewonder

yeah, i know, i'm a PARTY ANIMAL. the fun just never stops;)

p.s. we saw the babies at the dr. yesterday and they were kicking their feet and swinging their little fists like crazy. they are healthy and busy, Busy, BUSY! we had the BEST time watching them:)

i'm basically to sick to do ANYthing. All i can manage to do is occassionally shoot pictures on my iphone and Instagram em'.
i don't know why they call it morning sickness- it's 24/7 over here. apparently this is healthy??? apparently this is all worth it??? since this is my first go around i can't disagree with all these wiser & DEFINITELY STRONGER women than me.
all i can do is shake my leg and moan, while drinking sparkling lemonade, which ROCKS!

Saturday Pumpkins & iPhones

it's finallllly here!
the iPhone4 is officially mine and i could not be more pleased with it
i am, of course, going hipstamatic bananas with the camera

today we bought a baby pumpkin and a BIG white pumpkin to make our Nightmare Before Christmas Jack-o-lantern. i will be drawing it, robert will be cutting it.

lastly is a shot of the wall to the left of my desktop. i've been trying to get this shot for soooo long. who knew the iPhone would get it just right?
