Merry Trees N Tuneage

for those of you who don't know this already, i am a FIRM believer in keeping our christmas tree up all year round. i tend to decorate it according to season and often change the lights to white in the spring and summer months.
i just love lights so much.
as you can see, we have yet to decorate.....
we've got time:)
but as for music.....
well, it's November,
and in my book that screams to me
"Play the Christmas Jams!!!!"
sufjan stevens "Songs for Christmas" is in a complete tie for 1st place with the other christmas album that will NEVER EVER get old
hope everyone is having a merry sunday:)

  1. We did that one year with a smaller tree. When springtime came we decorated it with birds, nest, and flowers from the craft store. :)I love how the lights give off such a warm glow in the evening...

Please stop over at my new photography blog and say hello sometime. www.laylah-and-lior.blogspot.com

Hope you have a restful Sunday evening.

    Blessings, Erin

  2. When I met my husband I thought he was kind of a cocky jerk - then I went to his apt for the first time and he had a brown Christmas tree (real tree) in his livingroom - it was March- that him and his buddy were too bummed that it had died to toss it - he was so sentimental about that damn tree that I totally changed my mind about him .... love your tree Rachel!

  3. I LOVE Christmas music. I already have my holiday playlists made. On high rotation though is always Mannheim Steamroller.
